A new partnership between Duisdale House Hotel and Isle of Raasay Distillery celebrates the rising importance of food, drink, and whisky tourism across Skye and Raasay.

The collaboration debuts with an exclusive one-off Supper Club on Saturday 23 May at Duisdale House Hotel.

Experience a specially curated tasting menu paired with whiskies and gin from Isle of Raasay Distillery, showcasing the very best of Highland produce and coastal seafood. Featured spirits include Raasay’s flagship single malt “The Draam” and limited-edition cask releases.

Menu highlights include:
A modern “coq au vin” with chicken mousse agnolotti and leek fondant
“Sour by the Sound” cocktail featuring Isle of Raasay Gin

Alongside the dining experience, guests will enjoy expertly guided whisky flights and spirit pairings.

Isle of Raasay spirits will also become a permanent feature on Duisdale’s à la carte offering, further strengthening the culinary connection between Skye and Raasay.
