It is located in the beautiful seaside village of Shaldon in Devon with its winding fishing-port style lanes and gastro cuisine reputation. The village has beautiful views over the estuary, close to Dartmoor and the English Riviera. It has undergone a total refurbishment and fastidiou

sly maintained. It is finished in a contemporary style with uPVC windows and LED lighting throughout. The cottage features state-of-art equipment and unlimited high speed business grade internet access with WiFi.
