A few pictures of the remodeling of the Penthouse.
First 3 are the new flat PH2 which sleeps two people with double bed.
Next 4 are Flat PH4 which sleeps 4 in a double room overlooking the Sea and a twin room to the rear.

Well that was a Wet Winter, Summers on its way, Victoria has had a bit of a face-lift and she has gone for the "Fresh Artichoke " look.
A Massive thank-you goes out to Simon of MRP who has overseen the project.The Penthouse has been remodelled to allow some flexibility and can now be offered as the 6 person it always has been or can also become a 2 and 4 bed simultaneously to open it up to more folk to enjoy the Magnificent Views.
Big thanks also goes out to Luke Clarke for the Scaffolding and the Collins Family, Steve, Michael and Jamie for the Great finish all carried out Professionally, sympathetically and on time to get Scaffolding down by the Easter Holidays.
Thanks again guys and to all the other local Tradesmen who have done a great job.

Never a dull moment at Victoria Holiday Apartments Teignmouth especially in the Penthouse, who needs a Television. One day the Sea is millpond flat the next the Ocean is Angry. SSE Today thankfully not high tide til mid afternoon.
