One of life’s great pleasures—walking into a pub or restaurant on a Sunday, ordering a roast, and knowing someone else is dealing with the peeling, roasting, timing, and mountain of washing up afterward.

A good Sunday lunch is almost an event in itself: crispy roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire puddings, rich gravy, seasonal vegetables, and then the difficult decision of whether to go for beef, lamb, pork, chicken, or even a nut roast. And somehow Yorkshire puddings always seem to taste better when you haven’t had to make them yourself.

The only real challenge is leaving enough room for dessert afterward. 🍮
