SO, WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU BUYING?

If you've never owned a holiday lodge before, it's completely normal to have questions.

Here are 5 we get asked regularly:

**1️⃣ Do I own the lodge?**
Yes — you're purchasing your own holiday lodge, with the relevant agreement for the plot it sits on.

**2️⃣ Is Penally Grange a residential park?**
No. Penally Grange is a **holiday park**, so your lodge is for holiday and leisure use rather than permanent residential occupation.

**3️⃣ Can I use my lodge throughout the year?**
Penally Grange is designed as an all-year leisure destination, giving owners the opportunity to enjoy their lodge throughout the seasons.

**4️⃣ Can I choose what my lodge looks like?**
This is one of the fun bits! New lodges can be designed around your requirements, with help from the architect and interior design team. Layouts, colours, finishes and optional extras can all be discussed.

**5️⃣ Where exactly is Penally Grange?**
You're on the edge of the village of Penally, just **a mile from Tenby** and close to the Pembrokeshire coastline.

So you're not just buying four walls and a postcode.

You're creating your own little escape in one of the most beautiful corners of Wales. 🌊

The weather

Pembrokeshire weather forecast:

Could be sunny.
Could rain.
Could do both within 14 minutes.

Good job your lodge is lovely and cosy then. 😂

Because sometimes the best view of the Welsh weather is from the sofa with a cup of tea.

Penally Grange — somewhere to escape to, whatever the weather.

The Saturday test

Be honest…

Would you rather:

A) Spend Saturday mowing the lawn
B) Go to the supermarket
C) Drive through traffic
D) Wake up at your own lodge near Tenby and go for a walk along the coast?

We think we know the answer. 😂

**SATURDAY. THE SEA IS WAITING…**

You know that feeling when it’s Saturday morning and you suddenly think…

“I could really do with getting away.”

But then there’s the packing.
The traffic.
The checking in.
The unpacking.

Or…

You could already have your own place by the coast. 😉

Wake up at Penally Grange, wander down towards Tenby, grab a coffee, walk along the beach, explore Pembrokeshire…

Then come back, kick off your shoes and settle into your own lodge.

And if the weather decides to do that very Welsh thing and throw a bit of rain at you?

Even better.

You’ve got a cosy lodge, a cuppa and absolutely no reason to go anywhere. ☕️😂

With Tenby, Saundersfoot and some of Pembrokeshire’s most beautiful coastline right on your doorstep, weekends here can be as busy or as lazy as you like.

Beach day?
Long lunch?
Coastal walk?
Do absolutely nothing?

We approve of all four.

There are only a few plots remaining at Penally Grange, so if you've ever caught yourself saying “I wish we had somewhere by the sea…”

Maybe it’s time to stop saying it.
