Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in high standards, attention to detail and delivering a brilliant guest experience?

We’re looking for a Cleaning Services Manager to join the team at Lydstep Beach. You’ll be at the heart of our cleaning operation, leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional standards across our accommodation and facilities.

This is a role where your leadership will make a real difference. You’ll lead from the front, support your team, solve problems, manage resources and continually look for ways to improve the service we provide to our guests.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Leading, motivating and supporting your cleaning team
• Driving high standards and achieving operational targets
• Managing performance through coaching, feedback and development
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience and responding to concerns
• Managing team schedules, budgets and resources efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance
• Tackling operational challenges and finding effective solutions
• Supporting training, mentoring and career development within your team
• Continuously improving cleaning operations and service standards

🔎 What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Manager, Housekeeping Manager or similar operational leader
• Experience managing large teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good knowledge of health & safety requirements
• Experience with budgeting and financial management

As a chef at Haven, you'll be playing a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. Working from our flexible all-day menu, you'll serve high-quality dishes that are full of flavour, prepare with care, and presented to a high standard. Your food will help make every guest stay that bit more special.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals specification
- Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
-Adhere to food safety and health & safety standards.
-Support smooth kitchen operations to ensure consistent service

Requirements
-Previous experience in a chef role preferred but not necessary
-Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
-Enthusiastic team player with a love of food and attention to detail
-Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy kitchen environment
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
