£50 deposit to secure date, please note that the deposit is non refundable, please be aware of this before booking. Balance due 4 weeks before holiday starts.

Normal payment terms apply (In full, PLUS £100 damage/respect bond 2 days prior to holiday start) but should the park have to close, due to Government restrictions you will receive a 100% refund including deposit.

Any cancellations LESS than 4 weeks prior to holiday, deposit is non refundable.

During this time there will be a £100 damage/respect bond, this is to ensure the caravan is left how it is found with no damage.

The £100 damage/respect bond is payable with final balance, this will be returned within 72 hours of depart

As we continue to work closely with local authorities and stakeholders, discussions will be ongoing to align with the expected Welsh Government update. We will have further details following the government update.

Ironman will remain a Pembrokeshire sporting fixture with a new five year deal agreed with the council but competitors still do not know if this year’s event will take place.

Private Letting Guests

If you are privately letting your holiday home in the next few weeks, please make your guests aware that we are experiencing unprecedented levels of demand for all our facilities, including our activities, swimming pools, entertainment venues and restaurants. We are following government guidance to keep everyone safe which means we are running at a reduced capacity and some venues and activities may already be fully booked.

When your guests arrive on park, please ensure they check availability before buying Play Passes.

The teams on park are working hard to to add lots of sessions for activities, swimming and entertainment venues.

We have always aimed to give you a great time, with memories that last a lifetime, plus we also promise for a safe and secure experience while you're on park.

Unfortunately the local environmental health department have advised us that we're now unable to run most of our scheduled live entertainment for the next few weeks, which includes some of our indoor entertainment and owner events that include singing and dancing acts.

We're constantly reviewing the situation as restrictions hopefully ease further, and as soon as the government
