Billy’s family wanted us to share the sad news of his passing, Billy was one of a kind, you would always find him sat in his garden outside his caravan watching the world go by, I’m sure like many of us you would often find yourself looking at his gate to see if he was still out sunning himself, he loved Well park and he will be really missed ❤️
