Pen Mar Guest House, Tenby, Pembrokeshire is ideally situated between Tenby & Saundersfoot. We are a quiet family run Bed & Breakfast with 8 en suite rooms (doubles, twins and family rooms). The rooms are spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would expect from a highly rated three star Visit Wales Guest House. We provide bed and breakfast to all our guests and can cater for all tastes and diets!!!!. We serve cereals, toast, tea& coffee followed by a cooked breakfast, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We will go out of our way to provide you with as much or as little information about all the various attractions in and around Pembrokeshire to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There are so many places to visit within walking distance or minutes by car, Pen Mar Guest House is the ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Wales.

Tenby, you're showing off a bit here! 😍🌅

Just look at those colourful houses overlooking the harbour, the little boats bobbing on the water and that gorgeous pink sky. 💗

There's something so lovely about Tenby. It's got all the charm of a traditional seaside town, with those beautiful pastel-coloured buildings that make it instantly recognisable.

Pembrokeshire really is a little bit special, isn't it? 🩷🌊

It's amazing how different the town looks from up here. The colourful houses almost look like a patchwork, the boats are tiny against the sea, and Castle Hill is catching the golden sunlight. There's so much to spot when you take a closer look! ☀️

Caldey Island has brought its 2026 visitor season to an early close, following what it has described as a record-breaking season.

The island announced on Wednesday, 30th September that it would close for the remainder of the 2026 season, with the weather forecast for October expected to be particularly challenging.

It brings an earlier-than-usual end to a memorable season for the island. During July and August, Caldey was open for 64 days in a row, which the island says is the longest consecutive run in its history.

In its announcement, Caldey Island thanked everyone who visited this season, including day visitors and retreat guests, as well as those who supported the island through its online shop or followed its journey online.

Although the 2026 visitor season has now come to an end, Caldey Island plans to continue sharing updates about island life throughout the winter, along with new social media content.

The island thanked everyone for a “wonderful season” and said it looks forward to welcoming visitors back in 2027.
