We’re seeking a vibrant, passionate Head Chef with strong kitchen experience and a real drive for developing young chefs. You’ll work closely with a skilled management team to deliver great food, strong standards and the overall success of the business.

The role focuses on leading the kitchen team, maintaining high food and cleanliness standards, managing stock and ordering, and consistently achieving strong audit results while supporting a positive, high‑performance culture. Must be available to work peak business times, including some evenings and weekends.
