The property

Set in the agricultural village of Feltwell in Norfolk, is this charming stone-fronted dwelling, Postbox Cottage.

Featuring an enclosed, pet-friendly garden, a well-stocked contemporary kitchen, a welcoming living/dining room with a woodburning stove, and prime location near local amenities, the cottage welcomes four guests, ideal for families and friends alike.

Rustle up some home cooked meals before retiring to the dining table, perfectly set for direct views of the glowing woodburner.

On warmer days, head outside for an alfresco dining arrangement, whilst watching over your four-legged companion.

When sleep calls, retire to the characterful bedrooms, including a double with en-suite facilities, and a twin, both serviced by a ground-floor shower room.

Once you're refreshed and ready to explore, visit the centre of Feltwell, home to the Wellington Pub Feltwell, a 9-hole course at Feltwell Golf Club, and several different shops.

A short car journey away will lead you to Weeting Castle, RSPB Lakenheath Fen, perfect for afternoon strolls, and Cherry Tree Farm, a family-friendly attraction, offering petting and feeding experiences.

Heading towards Thetford, you'll have plenty of fun-filled activities to enjoy and to burn off some energy, including Go Ape, Target Archery at Outdoor Activity Centre, and Thetford Forest Park, a national forest dotted with outdoor activities and walking trails.

King's Lynn is a recommended area to add to your itinerary, home to history-rich landmarks, including Stories of Lynn - Museum and Old Gaol Cells, and Lynn Museum, or if you'd prefer to be outdoors, encircle the picturesque grounds surrounding the River Great Ouse Path.
