Update 21st June 2020

From June 2020 we have made the decision to turn our campsite into a caravan site and will no longer be taking bookings for Tents we will of course honour any bookings already taken, but will not be taking tent bookings in the future, our site will remain closed until the beginning of August
and we will only be opening every other pitch to give social distancing a chance, a decision has not yet been made as to the use of onsite facilities like toilets and showers, but we will keep everyone informed when we do .

CoronaVirus Update
As we enter this period of restricted movement and access to services and facilities, we want to reiterate the message from the Prime Minister.

Please - for the sake of our NHS, your own health, the health of your family and those around you - please stick to the rules currently imposed by the UK Government. Stay at home, protect yourselves and the community and remain positive.

We know many of you will be disappointed that you are unable to go camping or caravanning at this time or for some weeks, but we'd like to say that our campsites will still be here in the months to come and ready to welcome you in good health when the time is right.

If you have extra time on your hands, you can still research and explore a huge range of sites for holidays in the coming months. Our normal comprehensive campsite searches are of course still available, and sites will welcome enquiries for bookings later in the year when hopefully we're on our way back to normal.

You can also all do your bit to help every campsite come out of this stronger by making sure you leave a review of your visits from last year or before on their listings - so whilst you are unable to visit a campsite right now, you can of course relive and share your memories from previous trips. We know you won't need much encouragement, but don't forget you could also win £150 just for doing it.

We'd also like to reassure our campsite owners - who together represent a vital economic driver for so many places - that we are continuing to work to ensure that you have access to all the information there is to assist you at this difficult time.

Ultimately, this is a global situation, unlike any in living memory.

To everyone, your help and understanding is needed, please follow the UK Government strict guidelines and together we will work to defeat this and together we will be stronger.

Remember you can stay up to date on developments or just cheer yourself up with some chat about your favourite type of holiday, your gear and equipment etc by visiting our message forums. If you need some further distraction take a look our competitions and win yourself a fab prize.

If you have a camping booking between now and the end of may please get in touch by email the office is now closed
so the telephone is unmanned please use email only to get in touch, if you get an email from us explaining we are closed please reply so we can remove your booking from our diary.
