Well, here we are — all parked up for the break as we head into the new year. Wow, what a year it has been at Strathore.

First and foremost, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all of our customers, suppliers, and staff, and wish every single one of you a very Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year 🍻.

This has probably been one of our best years yet. At Strathore, we’ve completely transformed our fleet — by the turn of the year we’ll be down to just three R-Series tippers, with everything else being New Gen. It’s incredible to see what started as a small family-run business grow into something so big and so special to us.

Alongside upgrading our lorry fleet, we’ve also invested on the plant side, adding newer kit to keep everything moving forward.

Last, but certainly not least, we’ve made two fantastic additions to the show fleet — no easy task! Number one is the 143, which underwent a full restoration this year and has been transformed into a truly spectacular lorry. Then there’s TRZ, our blue S-Line, which came to us with a blown engine and looking tired, but has since had a complete transformation and is now an absolute beauty and a real eye-catcher.

Once again, Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year 🎆 to everyone reading this, from all of us at the Strathore team.
