We've a couple of job openings we're looking to fill.
We want to speak to you if you are after a full time job as a waiter/waitress and bar person. You don't need any specific qualifications, just a good attitude to work, a friendly personality, the ability to take instructions and be able to do it all at once with a smile on your face.
We also require a Sous chef to join our busy kitchen team.
Reporting to the Head Chef directly key roles will be to:
• Deputise for the head chef in their absence.
• Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen & it's team, ensuring that every dish is prepared, cooked and presented impeccably each time.
• To prepare food from daily changing specials menus.
• Preparation, production, and service of food to the standard required in a timely and efficient manner.
• Practice and promote effective teamwork and communication amongst your direct work colleagues and colleagues in other departments
• Training of less experienced members of the kitchen team.
• Contributing towards menu planning.
• Ensure compliance with in house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance.
• Completing duties with an attitude of always striving to exceed standards to promote improvements and raise the quality of feedback from all guests.
• To maintain the day-to-day operational standards of the kitchen
As a candidate we expect from you;
• Several years experience as a sous chef, or higher level, in a comparable venue. Consideration might be given to a CDP looking to move to the next step of their career but you would need to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to do so.
• Passionate about food, flavours, seasonality & provenance.
• Good timekeeping and flexibility with respect to the hours you can work.
• Ability to train, manage and inspire a team.

Whether something simple like fish and chips, or that little bit more special dish, we aim for every customer to have a positive experience when dining or staying with us. Serving upwards of 100 covers per day this is a fast paced work environment but also a very rewarding one.
Salary or hourly rate to be negotiated and dependent on experience and skill set.
