We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / Cook to join our friendly team at The Bull Inn, a busy country pub serving freshly prepared food in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The role includes:
-Preparing and cooking fresh food.
-Supporting chefs during lunch and dinner service.
-Preparing ingredients and basic dishes.
-Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
-Washing up and keeping kitchen areas clean and organised.
-Receiving and storing deliveries correctly.

We’re looking for someone who is:
-Hardworking and reliable.
-Happy working in a busy kitchen.
-A positive team player.
-Organised and detail-oriented.
-Flexible for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

What we offer:

At The Bull Inn, Ticehurst, we were proud to host a defibrillator training evening for our community.

It was fantastic to see so many local residents come together to learn these vital, potentially life-saving skills. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and to those who helped make the evening such a success. 👏

We’re also pleased to remind everyone that we have a registered defibrillator located in the back car park at the pub, available to help support the community in an emergency. 📍

Today's visitors decided that arriving by helicopter was the quickest way to get to the pub! 🍻

Don't worry, though – our car park is still perfectly acceptable for everyone 😄

Whether you're landing by helicopter, arriving on two wheels, four wheels or just walking through the door, you'll always find a warm welcome, good food and a proper pint waiting for you.
