Highland Cottage

As many of you know after 25 years of running Highland Cottage the time came for us to retire at the end of last season. Our original plan was to do 10 years! We would like to thank everyone locally and from afar who provided their support over the years in both the hotel and restaurant. Amongst those we include the staff who helped us and worked with us, a number of whom we now consider as friends. We’ve hosted birthday dinners, weddings, christmas parties, anniversaries, honeymoons and even the odd hen do! And not forgetting the early days of come and have a curry with the Curries!

We wish Neil & Gill Morrison all the best with their new venture – Roslyn House Tobermory. We will keep this page up and running for a couple more weeks.

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

We are a well-established business in central Tobermory and will need someone to assist us with Housekeeping for the
2021 season – May to early October.

Whilst we can be flexible to an extent, ideal hours would be 8/9am to 1/2 pm dependant upon occupancy. Part time and full-time positions available.

We’re also looking for help on Saturdays as there is a holiday cottage to be serviced in Tobermory (we launder the linen). This might suit on a job-share basis working every other Saturday for individuals not wanting to commit to every Saturday.

We are a small family team and your work is important to us and we value the input of anyone who works with us.

Wage rates are highly competitive for the right individuals with an end-of-season bonus.
