Spectacular views and excellently positioned for exploring the Cairngorms National Park and Speyside - loads of walks, distilleries etc. on the doorstep plus only 35min drive to Aviemore or 45min to the Moray Firth. The Mill sleeps up to 5. The Grain Store sleeps up to 5 and The Cattle Shed sleeps 2. Tomintoul 3 miles, Grantown on Spey 12 miles. Great location for touring The Highlands. Great walks on the Glenlivet Estate, many from the doorstep. Perfect for walking, cycling, skiing, fishing, shooting, whisky trail, castle trail, wildlife, golf, pony trekking, quadbiking, clay pigeons etc. Only 10 minute drive to The Lecht ski area, 35 minutes to Cairngorm Mountain and 1hr to Glenshee. Helpful visitor info and guidebooks / maps left in cottage by knowledgable owners who can assist with recommending activities / restaurants, etc. if required.
