Back to the magical and wonderful Scottish highlands and to .scot which we visited for the first time six years ago a short while before Covid closed everything down.

Both are still as out of this world as before. One has to go there once in their life. Trust me.

Summer holiday started after many intense weeks of work.

Will catch you up on Greece and Portugal and France in September.
For now I am just enjoying the sun, the sea and the heat.

Paxos you’ve been stunning! We couldn’t believe our luck to have a full Greek summer holiday in mid June.
From jaw-dropping coast beauty to amazing blues, and with green olive trees and delicious food, it was the perfect setting for a well deserved first holiday in nearly a year.

I will share tips and itinerary in my newsletter in the coming weeks.

Back from 36h in Paris to give a break to Mademoiselle during her revisions.
We stayed in le Grand Hotel Cayre in the 6th arrondissement and my review is up in my newsletter.

I love that time between Christmas and New Year. When are you done with the chaos of the parties, the family gatherings and all the cooking and you just rest and relax and take a moment to reflect. Yesterday actually I was sick maybe from all the food that I ate and that really reset me for the rest of the year and 2025.
We are back in Ile de Re for a very peaceful stay. I really savour the peace and quiet, the quality of light and the silence.
This time again we stayed with Le Senechal in one of the little houses. I will probably do a full photo report on my newsletter soon.

Hope you have a good time at the moment. Really taking this moment to pause and to recharge and I wish you a very happy 2025 when it comes.
