The Hallidays are back! 🥳

Thanks to the team for looking after the place and all the locals for looking after them… and being on your best behaviour 😇 . Also a big thanks to Mark Tam for jumping in the kitchen when needed! We are very lucky to have all of you and live in such a great place!

We say it all the time…but, we really do have something for everyone “down the Halfway”

🎶 And this weekend starts with something new for music lovers; Friday Night 8pm, Singo Bingo. Singalong and mark off the songs as you hear them - cash prizes to be won.

⚽️ Then the highlight of the Sporting Calender on Saturday evening; Arsenal take on their biggest challenge this season since they took on the mighty Mansfield in the FA Cup!!

Running a small business is hard work, maybe more so when the Pub is a meeting place for some, a sanctuary for others, and a most importantly a community hub available every day, for so many of you.

Lloyd and I are proud of the team we have with us meaning we can take the boys on holiday this week, without having to close the pub all together.

The Halfway House Pub & Kitchen will be in safe hands while we are away - and an extra thank you to Mark Tam who will make sure you’re fed on Sunday and Monday.

Usual restaurant service will resume on my return Monday 1st June.
