Jackie & John invite you to Mount Brioni Luxury Self Catering Apartments, Seaton on the coastline of South Cornwall, between Looe and Polperro to the west, and Whitsand Bay to the east. We have a cluster of 24 luxury Mediterranean-style, 3 star and 4 star self-catering apartments, set in beautiful south-facing gardens on the coast. The beach, ocean and coastal path are just yards away.

We've just heard that one of our regular summer family groups has sadly had to cancel their holiday at the last minute, which means Apartments 22 & 23 are unexpectedly available for one week from Friday 24th July. Very unusual to have availability for this week as we are always full!

These are two of our most popular 2-bedroom duplex apartments, both dog friendly with breathtaking sea views and located next door to each other. They're perfect booked together, sleeping up to 8 guests, for a family gathering or holiday with friends, but can just as easily be booked individually, sleeping 4 guests each.

Apartment 23 has two newly fitted shower rooms, while Apartment 22 has a beautifully refurbished family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

As these dates have become available at such short notice, we're offering them at a special last-minute price of £1,000 per apartment for the week.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we'll also include a bottle of bubbly and a selection of Cornish goodies with each booking.

What an amazing start to the summer! ☀️

We're loving the sunshine and, thankfully, there's always a sea breeze to keep things comfortable. It's been lovely seeing so many guests relaxing out on their balconies and making the most of the beautiful weather.

The dogs have been making the most of early morning and evening dips in the sea and river, and we're happy to say the grass and hydrangeas are just about holding their own despite the high temperatures. 🌊🐾🌸

Seaton is really coming to life now, with the beach, river and local pubs all enjoying that lovely summer buzz. Everyone seems to be in the holiday spirit, and days like these remind us how lucky we are to call this beautiful corner of Cornwall home.

Lovely morning dog walk on Seaton Beach looking back up at Mount Brioni. Not bad for December! Hope the sun is shining wherever you are.

Wow! Even though we live here, some mornings just take your breath away. Steam rising off the sea with a beautiful sunrise over Seaton beach. Just beautiful.
