A charming, fully refurbished mews cottage in the exclusive area of Wellswood in Torquay. On the ground floor, you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen with breakfast bar and full suite of appliances. On the first floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with en-su

ite as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests are offered private parking in the property garage. Although tucked away from the main street, a 2 minute stroll brings you to the village high street, with local pub, charming restaurant, patisserie, health spas, boutiques, delicatessen and a local Co-op for all those essentials. Right next door to the famous Kents Cavern, a 4 minute walk brings you to an expansive village common close to the coast or delightful children's park, through which lies less than 6 minutes' walk away, one of the most spectacular beaches in the South West, perfect for paddling boarding and swimming. Babbacombe, Paignton, Brixham, Totnes, Newton Abbot all are within a short driving distance of the property. All services and wifi are included with quality linen and towels provided for your stay.

So delighted to arrive for our own summer break at the cottage and find our window boxes, which are lovingly cultivated and cared for by Philip next door, looking absolutely splendid! 🌸🐝
