Located on the outskirts of stunning Cockington Village, surrounded by 450 acres of country park but just a 15 minute walk to the seafront and all the attractions of The English Riviera nearby.

What a fabulous place to live ☺️ and visit.

After a lovely walk through the park I grabbed a takeaway Sanctuary coffee from the new coffee shop in the village. Perfect for that caffeine hit 🫶☕️
