The Hillcroft Boutique Unique!

Well, it has been a long time coming but we are retiring at last! We have sold the property to a lovely family who will be taking it over as a residential property, so it will no longer be a Bed & Breakfast.
We have been here for 12 years and really enjoyed running the business, meeting some lovely guests who have also become friends . We have also enjoyed collecting and decorating the house, but I must say we are not SO enjoying clearing everything and downsizing to a 2 bedroom bungalow on the outskirts of Torquay.
Hospitality has taken a downturn over the past 3 years and many of our peers are struggling with the business, we will not miss that.
It has been lovely meeting and serving you, we have many happy memories plus some odd ones!!!

Christmas Shopping in Exeter, there is a great Christmas Market in the Cathedral grounds from Nov 20th until Dec 19th . Over a 100 stalls and great shopping in Exter city. You can catch a train from Torquay to avoid traffic and parking issues!

We have been running the Hillcroft Boutique Unique! since 2014 and we are really enjoying it. We have 4 King rooms and 2 suites , one of which has 2 bedrooms , they are all individually themed after different destinations, from Bali to Provence! We are both well travelled and the theme appealed to us on our first viewing , we have enjoyed developing the decor and adding our own personal touch. We have a Licenced bar and we offer a wide ranging, quality breakfast. We cater for adults only & children over the age of 12 . I am originally from Torquay, so I have come home, Martyn is also really enjoying living by the sea!
