“Outstanding. Great hosts and lovely clean, comfortable property
+ Property was clean and nicely located just a 5 min drive to the marina. Comfortable bed and all necessary amenities provided in the room. A mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk, a fan, tv … you get the jist. Bathroom was lovely clean and spacious which is my main priority when booking any stays. We’d booked the whirlpool bath room however even if we hadn’t, the shower would have been sufficient. It’s a lovely walk in, spacious cubicle and clean. whirlpool bath was great to relax in after a day of exploring. Breakfast, what can i say. Be prepared to eat more than required lol. Cooked to order, fresh, tasty and plenty of options for vegetarians.
I do believe customer service is something that can turn a bad stay around and vice versa. With this property, there was nothing bad however the customer service we recieved from Darren and Jo alone would be enough to make us return. Outstanding hosts, genuinely lovely people who care about their customers. You feel welcome from the get go. Friendly, respectful people. Willing to go over and above for you. Do stay here, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 throughout.”
