⚠️IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OUR GUESTS

We have been informed by our booking technology provider, eviivo, of a recent data breach.

As a result, some guests may receive fraudulent WhatsApp messages relating to their booking. These messages are not from Seabreeze.

Please do not click any links or make any payments through unexpected WhatsApp messages regarding your stay with us.

Although the messages are a worry for all
concerned, we have been assured no payment details have been compromised.

If you receive a message and are unsure whether it is genuine, please contact us directly using the details on our official website before taking any action. Eviivo have also messaged guests directly to raise awareness.

We're sharing this to make sure all of our guests are aware and can stay vigilant. Please feel free to share this with anyone you know who has booked with us.

Thank you to the guests who contacted me yesterday to check their bookings and make me aware.

A little advice for anyone who has a booking with us....

In the last 48hrs I have had 4 messages from guests with bookings for next year to say they have received a WhatsApp asking them to update their payment within 12hrs or their stay will be cancelled. All bookings were made through an OTA and NOT through our website or directly with me.

Rest assured I DO NOT communicate guests in this way and if you receive such a message I strongly advise you to ignore it and only communicate through the appropriate agents account by securely logging in.

Very happy to receive these wonderful reviews from some of this weeks guests. It also took us to the 400 reviews mark on Tripadvisor and since we took over each one of those has been 5/5 - very grateful for all of them 🥰
Looking forward to welcoming both returning and new guests over the next few very busy weeks, hoping the promised sunshine arrives in time!

What can I say except THANK YOU! This is just a few of the cards I’ve received in the last month and each one means a great deal to me. It’s not been easy without Paul by my side but the feedback makes it worthwhile.
