After 15 years we are selling our guest house! This is a whole lot of property for the money...we are asking offers over £560K (the same as some 4 bed houses) and for that you get: 7 ensuite letting bedrooms, 3 ensuite attic rooms ripe for conversion to a flat, a 3 bed self contained owners flat and 3 studio flats, a large car park and sun trap garden! Please share to your feeds to spread the word. This is a developers dream - it could be an HMO, 8 or 9 flats, or a large family home, suitable for multi generational living with the studio flats for additional income. Contact the agent only for more information or viewings.
