Newly designed fully self contained self catering accommodation in the heart of Torquay Devon. 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to town and harbour. Restaurants close by and so much to see and do in the area. Dartmoor, Dartmouth, Totnes, Exeter, all 30 mins away or less, 7 beautiful beaches to choose from. Lots for children to do nearby.
The Villa is a large luxurious house offering 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 king doubles and the third can be 3 singles of a super king double and one single. there is room for a cot if required. Ideal family holiday home, with own private access and self contained, fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler, microwave and all appliances. There is a large kitchen diner with views over the park and a sunny lounge with 58” Smart TV . A family bathroom with bath as well as all bedrooms have their own en suite shower room.
Outside the Villa garden overlooks the park and gets the sun all day and evening. There is a BBQ for outside dining. The Apartment is a modern luxurious space with own private access and self contained, with two en suite bedrooms, one king double and one large double or twin option room. It has a spacious open plan kitchen dining and lounge area suitable for family living and is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.
