Once a vicarage, Cloister Park is an 18th century Grade II listed house surrounded by a large garden. There are two self-catering cottages in the former stables to the house. Cloister Park is in the hamlet of Frithelstock, which is surrounded by farmland and beautiful country views. The nearest town is Great Torrington. Torrington is home to RHS Rosemoor set in a steep wooded valley, with a restau
rant, tea room and shop. The Tarka Trail is one mile down the hill. 30 miles of its 180 miles is traffic free between Braunton and Meeth, using the old railways of North Devon, perfect for cyclists and walkers. The diverse beaches of North Devon are not far away including The Skern, Instow, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! to name a few. We are also perfectly placed to explore stunning Exmoor and dramatic Dartmoor. The self catered holiday cottages are available to rent from April 2021 until the end of October 2021. Changeover day is Saturday. Short breaks (3 nights minimum) may be available, please contact us to check availability. Please note there will be an additional charge of £25 per week for charging electric vehicles.
