Glorious afternoon down on the quay at Stoke Gabriel. Tide flooding across the dam. A lovely sunny hot afternoon made all the better by a cool breeze of the river and creek.

The slipway for dinghy paddle boards and kayaks is located at the side of the pontoon, just 25 yds from Mariners Cottage.

A busy day at Mariners preparing for our future guests. Decorating - gardening and launching our dinghy onto the pontoon ready for our boating season. Looking forward to visiting our watering holes - The Ferry Biat Inn at Dittisham - The Maltsters at Tuckenhay and the The Steam Packet up river at Totnes.

Totnes is our local town just 4 miles from Mariners Cottage
in Stoke Gabriel. A lovely town certainly well worth a visit. Enjoy!

Wanted to share with you some images taken from around Mariners Cottage. The first is looking down the pontoon out onto the creek and the River Dart beyond. Then we have a shot of our terraced garden at the cottage plus the view looking over the Mill Pond and lastly a view of the creek.

Mariners Cottage welcomed its first guests of the season on Monday 12th April. We already have lots of bookings for 2021 plus enquiries for 2022. However we still have some availability from September onwards.
