The story behind how my business came to be

With almost 20 years in hospitality, my reputation is renown with the largest and prestigious hotels in London, Qatar and Dubai where I managed and trained housekeeping departments that covered over 300 rooms.

Combining the specialist training I received and my own principles, I created the modules at the heart of Spotlight Hospitality Training and now have a team of cleaners in the New Forest.

I felt that my knowledge could help others. Whether Airbnb and holiday let hosts that do their own cleaning, or cleaners who would like to improve their cleaning times and efficiency.
