About Edita Talat-Kelpsiene
Founder of Spotlight Online Hospitality Training
A recognised rising star in hospitality, Edita Talat takes her experience and skills and puts everything into her business. With over 15 years in the industry, Edita has an outstanding reputation for her outstanding work and contribution and is renown with the largest and most prestigious hotels in London, Qatar, Bahrain
and Dubai. She completed specialist training in Dubai covering all front office and housekeeping operations, which helped form the modules at the heart of the Spotlight Online Hospitality Training courses. As a multiple business owner herself, Edita owns and manages several apartments and rental properties within the New Forest area, and a laundry service for corporate and personal customers. Her hard work and determination for both businesses were recognised by the SOStars Awards in 2020 where Edita received awards for the ‘Best Rising Star in 2020’ (EdKa Laundry) and ‘Bronze’ for Accommodation in Southampton (Edka Room). Efficiency and organisation were heavy requirements in these roles and earned her specialist training in Dubai that promoted her passion to help others in the creation of Spotlight Online Hospitality Training.
