Our Shepherd's hut will transport you away to the country, our sheep will befriend you and capture your idle minutes whilst sitting and admiring the wildlife and view. Enjoy a few nights away in our quirky cosy shepherd hut set in its own secluded space overlooking the Zwartbles sheep and pond. It has been handcrafted and made locally in wood with many original features. It offers an unusual cosy
experience on our small holding, overlooking the field and pond with the wood in the background. It has a fantastic hot shower, solar operated battery supplying electric, and a wood log burner to keep the chill away. It is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, crockery, cutlery enough for 2 people, pots, pans and kettle. Outside there is a table and chairs in a fenced area and parking nearby. Silverstone village is within walking distance, where there is a great pub, village shop, church and Dr surgery. Two golf courses within 4 miles. A mile from the Silverstone circuit. A couple of miles from Stowe gardens. Horse riding at the end of the lane. There are great opportunities for walking in the woods that are adjacent to our farm lane where you can walk to the adjacent village pub through the woods and fields. You can go further a field to the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cambridge, Warwick Castle, all within an hours drive. We can make up a welcome hamper, can provide you with honey from our own apiary and fresh eggs from our chickens. We also make our own soap with our sheep's milk, which you will find very gentle and moisturising.
