Olly Murs in Stoke Bruene yesterday, being surprised on his birthday by his wife and Mark Wright from Heart . Quick row along the Grand Union then back on his bike and off again. Fantastic effort Olly!

Bank Holiday stroll along the Woodland Walk, up to of the Blisworth Tunnel and back checking out the the visiting narrowboats before returning to the Old Chapel for a cuppa and feet up.
