The only time I seem to get time to post on here is the start and end of a season!!
Can't believe we are ready to go again 2025 season opens tomorrow, website is open for bookings and we have been blessed again with a Sunny forecast. Hope you all have a lovely summer.😀🌞

Can't believe we are a week away from the end of another season, the weather hasn't been as kind this year, cold and wet not the best caravan or camping weather, but those who were lucky enough to get the sunshine we hope you enjoyed.
Thank you to all who have stayed in 2024, all being well we will open for 2025 Season bookings in January 😀

Thankfully the rain has eased off so we have opened up the grass pitches again, it's still soft in places but the forecast is looking better 🌞

🌧🌧🌧 Due to the constant rain fall we have had to close off the majority of the caravan park due to the soaking wet grass and customers getting stuck!! This mainly affects our caravan customers and we are truly sorry about this but needs must. Hardstanding is still available for Motorhomes and Campervans.

And just like that, we are open, 😀 welcome to season 2024.
The weather has certainly been trying over the last few weeks, but the sun is out and hopefully will stay out for those staying over Easter weekend🐣, remember we "Spring forward" on Sunday so another hour to enjoy our lovely village.

Kirkfield Caravan Park is situated in the quiet village of Town Yetholm, just 1½ miles from the Scottish, English border and 7 miles from the lovely border town of Kelso. We offer fantastic touring pitches with amazing views for the ideal countryside holiday.

This weekend is the Border Union Dog Show in Kelso, so head down to see the best of breeds in the UK and beyond, the weather looks sunny for the most part.

This weekend is going to be a busy one in the Borders. BUAS in Kelso are hosting the Scottish National Scooter Rally, Kelso Races Ladies Day is on Sunday and the Jim Clark Rally runs Friday to Sunday around Duns. Something for everyone 😀 oh and it's a bank holiday with sunshine forecast 🌞🌞🌞

2022 season thats a wrap, once again we thank everyone who has stayed with us this year, we hope you have enjoyed our small family run site in our beautiful village, our website bookings page will be down for a few weeks while we make some adjustments, but our contacts page is open if you need to contact us over the winter months, we look forward to opening again on the 31st March 2023 😀
