A great place to visit when staying at the cabin is Corris Craft Centre which is around half an hour's drive away situated in between Dolgellau and Machynlleth .
This wonderful site offers Craft making activities with something for everyone who loves being creative .Get creative and choose from a range of experiences including chocolate making, pottery painting, candle dipping and much more all in one handy site .
For food and drink there is indoor and outdoor seating at the Corris cafe and there is a Welsh Deli there to with lots of reasonably priced and locally sourced foods and drinks .
As the cabin allows upto 2 family pets the Corris Craft Centre is also perfect as dogs are allowed and welcomed at The cafe,deli and many of the workshops themselves to as long as they are kept on leads at all times .The outside seating areas offer perfect spots to sit in the shade with your pooches and watch the world go by .
Or look to the sky's and watch the fly bys of the jets and other aircraft using the well known Mach Loop .

The craft centre is wheelchair accessible with flat walking areas and with disability and baby changing facilities available through the use of a Radar key which if you've forgotten your own can be accessed by key collection from the Corris Cafe .
There is ample parking for free too .
