Coming through Trefriw next Friday!!!
The countdown is on! On Friday 21st August, the world's best cyclists will take on one of the most spectacular stages of the Lloyds Tour of Britain Women as they race from Mold to the Great Orme, Llandudno.
The route winds through the stunning landscape of the Clwydian Range, passing parts of Llanrwst, Trefriw, Tal-y-bont and Caerhun, before riders sweep past the iconic Conwy Castle and along the coastline through Deganwy, West Shore and up towards the Great Orme summit via the iconic zig-zag roads!
🚵Get ready to cheer on the riders as they make their way through North Wales and take on the iconic finish at the Great Orme in Llandudno. Wherever you are along the route, come out and show your support. Bring your family, wave your flags, and help create an unforgettable atmosphere as we welcome this world-class sporting event to our spectacular coastline.
📌Please note: To facilitate the Tour of Britain stage finish, road closures on the Great Orme will come into effect from 1:00pm on 21st August. After this time, vehicle access up and down the Great Orme will not be permitted. Please plan ahead when making travel plans.
