Dafydd's been busy in the kitchen, and let's just say he's not one for leaving a good thing alone... 👀

Here's a little taste of what's coming:

🍽️ The return of a bestseller from last winter, but with a rather unexpected plot twist! 😱

🦀 A cracking new crab starter that's perfect for ordering an extra portion (or two!) for everyone around the table to tuck into.

😉 An accompaniment to a recent favourite that's bound to get people talking again!

🤔 One of Dafydd's more unusual experiments that might divide opinion... but we're rather excited about it!

🥰 And the welcome return of a French classic to our dessert menu.

Something familiar, something unexpected and hopefully a few new favourites in the making!

Max and I went for a lovely walk to Y Bwa/The Arch recently. The weather started off drizzly but brightened up by the end 🌤️

I'd just like to send you a personal message of thanks on behalf of the group for everything you did for us during our stay - arranging the dining room to suit, providing such lovely rooms, and of course treating us to some gorgeous food. The general consensus amongst the group was that it was about the best hotel and certainly the best food we have experienced on our tours
