Thank you from the Watts ❤️

We just want to say a final thank you again to our wonderful team, past and present, and our loyal customers, many of whom have become lifelong friends. You’ve helped make the South Beach what it is, and we’re incredibly proud of the memories, friendships and good times we’ve shared over the years.

For now, it’s simply a huge thank you from Stewart, Jonny and all of the Watt family for over 45 unforgettable years. ❤️

The end of an era, and the beginning of an exciting new chapter for The South Beach Hotel.

Thank you to everyone for your kind words and well wishes over the past few weeks. A reminder that we’re hosting a sale tomorrow from 11am and Thursday from 9am where we’ll be selling a huge variety of furniture, artwork, lighting, soft furnishings, various sizes of TVs, office equipment and curtains. Here is just a snippet of what will be available - everything must go, don’t miss out!

📣 A new chapter for The South Beach Hotel

Today we'd like to share some important news. After more than 45 wonderful years, we've agreed that The South Beach Hotel will pass into the hands of Buzzworks later this year.

Until then, it's very much business as usual. We’ll be welcoming you as normal until October, with our team looking after you just as we always have.

We're incredibly proud of everything The South Beach has become and would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the years: our loyal customers, many of whom have become lifelong friends, and our wonderful team, past and present, who have shared the hard work, the laughter and memories along the way.

Finding the right home for our team was especially important to us. We've known the Buzzworks team for many years and have every confidence they'll look after our people while building on everything that has made The South Beach so special. We wish Buzzworks every success as they take the hotel into its next chapter later in the year and we’re excited to see it continue to thrive for years to come.

We look forward to welcoming many more of you over the coming months before this exciting new chapter begins.
