Andrew and Jane Parker welcome you to our 40 acre small holding, Little Roseveth, where we offer comfortable luxury B&B accommodation.

We have two double ensuite bedrooms with a private lounge. We have a Visit Britain 4 star rating with a Silver award.

Spring has sprung at Little Roseveth 🤩🌱🌸

Wow what a night! Storm Goretti hit us pretty hard last night.

We've had a tree down in our back garden, devastatingly crushing two of our beautiful established Acer trees and one across the road.

Soon to start clear up, with Andew on the tractor no doubt, clearing the drive.

Our outdoor Christmas tree is looking lovely tonight!

We hope everyone is ready and looking forward to Christmas, we certainly are!!

It's that time of year and Jane's at it again, she's entered the Truro Christmas Primestock and Produce Show

Out of 11 categories she entered this year she got prizes in 9 categories!!

She winnings are as follows:

1st for apple and chilli jelly
1st for mincemeat
1st for Victoria sponge
1st for four cheese scones

2nd for apple and cinnamon cake
2nd for cornish heavy cake
2nd for four cornish fairings

3rd for gluten free orange and almond cake

Highly commended for four mince pies

Anyone who knows Jane and her baking/cooking knows this is well deserved and very unsurprising!!

Our veg garden is giving us some beautiful vegetables. Theres nothing like home grown tasty veg!

When we have surplus, the excess vegetables can be purchased by our guests if they so wish

Coming home from our travels last Friday we stopped off at Bishops Hull Stores, Post Office and Butchers and collected some brisket and blue pinwheels.

They went deliciously with our home grown potatoes and courgette. A tasty meal at home after over 2 weeks away!

Jane's been collecting rose petals again, drying them out on the aga and creating confetti for a friend's daughters wedding.

The smell in the kitchen is just fantastic

We discovered a beautifully woven nest in our pond today, anyone guess what bird laid these eggs?!

Following on from our post a few days ago; each year, as part of the Christmas Primestock Show, the H Samuel Perpetual Challenge Shield in Cookery is awarded to the person who collected the most points.

It'll come as no surprise following her multitude of sucesses that Jane has received the shield this year!

Jane always likes to enter Truro Christmas Primestock and Produce Show each year. This year out of 12 categories she entered, she came 1st in 4 and 2nd in 5!!

Anyone who has had Jane's cooking/baking will know its well deserved!!

Her results are as follows:

1st in 4 plain scones
1st in Victoria sponge
1st in shortbread round
1st in 4 minces pies

2nd in 4 Cornish ginger fairings
2nd in Cornish heavy cake
2nd in orange and coconut cake
2nd in jelly
2nd in mincemeat
