We’ve just had the absolute pleasure of a bar lunch at the Star Hotel… and wow, what a find!

Hands down one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The food was spot on, the prices were more than reasonable, and the whole experience was topped off with the kind of friendly banter that just makes you smile from start to finish.

A special mention to Sammy and Willie who made us feel so welcome – proper good craic and fantastic hosts.

And we can say this with confidence… we had the Sunday Roast and it was absolutely outstanding. Proper home-cooked goodness, generous portions, and full of flavour – exactly what a Sunday should taste like!

If you’re staying on the park or visiting the area, this is an absolute must. We’ll definitely be back again (probably for another roast 👀).
