Visited the Mangersta Bothy the other day and got a surprise when I looked out the window!

The geology of the cliffs is amazing enough but it was fairly mind boggling to see a figure climbing up the sheer rock-face.

“It was great to stay in a home fitted out to such a high standard and love, love, love the sea urchin!”

Our first few guests in the Mangersta Steading have been enjoying their holidays here in the Outer Hebrides.

And the sea urchin lampshade has been getting lots of admiration 🥰. Big thank you to michaelchaikin for his unique artwork. Love the way it lights the room, feels particularly nice this time of year as the days begin to get shorter.

Mike is based down in Cornwall where his amazing artwork can be seen in the streets of Falmouth.
