We had a wonderful night at the AA Hospitality Awards 2025 last night in London. We were thrilled to be representing Scotland in the running for AA Restaurant with Rooms of the Year award. A huge congratulations to the winners, Restaurant Interlude, in West Sussex.

We are so proud of what we have all achieved here at The Dipping Lugger, and as winners of the AA Restaurant with Rooms of the Year Scotland 2025 award, it was an amazing honour to represent Scotland last night. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

General Assistant
We are looking for an individual who can assist with meeting, greeting and bidding farewell to our guests and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner all the while maintaining the standards required to achieve our AA Award and Michelin Guide Listing.
Applicants should be 18 years old and over, well presented and with a keen interest in hospitality.

Kitchen Porter
The backbone of any establishment, you will work in a small team, led by head chef David Smith. Your role will include upholding the highest of standards in the kitchen and assisting our chefs with food preparation for our intimate 18 cover AA rated Three Rosette restaurant.

Experience is always welcome but full training will be provided.
