That's us closed for 2025. Thanks to everyone who stayed with us through the season, we hope you enjoyed your stay and time in Ullapool.

We'll update when we know the dates we will be opening for 2026. Until then, please note that any enquiries should be sent via email or phone as this page does not deal with messages.

Again, please note that the entrance to the campsite is not available for camping throughout the winter. Have a safe winter.

We will be opening for the season on Wednesday 16th April this year, from 11am.

That's us closed for 2024. We will reopen in Spring 2025 - details will be posted once we know. Please don't use this page for enquiries as not often monitored. Please note, the entrance to the campsite is not avaiable for camping through the winter and complaints have been received by others that share the use of the entry already, so please ignore any online tips or apps saying it is ok to camp here out of season as it is not the case as is private property in use by others.

Thanks to all those who visited and stayed in 2024, we're off for a needed break and to carryout annual mainenance and jobs to hopefully ensure we're ready for those coming to stay in 2025.

We get a lot of boat and kayak users stay with us. To try and ensure they know the best way to act around the dolphin that visit our loch, we have teamed up with local group Ullapool Sea Savers and out up a sign that explains best ways to act if you are near marine life. We get some great wildlife here so want to ensure they are looked after.

We will be opening all the facilities on the site, toilets, showers, etc, on Friday 25th June. That means we will be taking campervans, tents, awnings, etc, everything as before CV-19. Normal Covid restrictions will apply, such as the use of facemasks where possible, 2m social distancing and making the use of hand sanitiser where supplied. There will be clear signage at all the facilities and we do ask that everyone follows this advice, after all it is for everyone's benefit.
Arrival times are from 11am and last arrival is 7pm, and as we will be closing the site gate thereafter there will be no vehicle access after that time.

We now expect to be opening on Friday 30th April.
Arrival time is from 11am, and once we are full, we are full. Needles to say it is best to arrive earlier rather than later. Last arrival time is 7pm and as we will be closing the site gate thereafter, there will be no vehicular access after that time.
Our on-site toilet and shower facilities will remain closed for at least May and June, and possibly beyond, therefore we will be able to accept ONLY fully self contained CARAVANS and MOTORHOMES with their OWN on-board toilet/shower facilities. For these, we will have hard standing hook-up pitches, grey and chemical waste disposal, fresh water top-up and refuse bins. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate basic campervans, tents, trailer tents, roof tents, or any units with toilet tents, etc, while the facilities are closed. Again, as last year, with social distancing in mind, we WON'T be accepting awnings, gazebos, storage/pup tents.
Face masks must be worn in the site reception and a maximum of 2 people in the reception at any time, and 2m distancing maintained throughout the site, and please make use of hand sanitiser where provided.
As we will be doing track and trace again, when checking in on arrival please have the following information to hand; vehicle registration number, 'phone number, departure date.
If there are any changes as we progress through the season we will post updates here.
