Rhidorroch Distillery’s new Shore Street gin bar has been under construction since the beginning of 2024 in the old Frigate Bar and Bistro building in Ullapool.

It’s that time of year again…

We are now in full recruitment mode 🧐
We are looking for the following members of staff and if it looks like it could suit you, please get in touch ✉️

Season runs from April - October

-A full time cook who would be confident in running a days service at the Seafood Shack and have efficient skills in prepping food.
-A full time kitchen hand who must be versatile and happy to work with the public i.e till work is included.

It is essential for both roles to be able to work well within a small team, time management is a very important skill required as work is very fast paced.

-Staff accommodation is available
-High rates of pay
