This cosy cottage is in a great location for touring the many attractions of the Lake District. This ideally situated end-terraced holiday cottage is a perfect base for visiting the Lake District and the surrounding area. The property has been renovated and is located in the town of Ulverston, a historic market town, with a cobbled main street offering specialist shops, real ale pubs, restaurants

and cafés. Ulverston is famous for its festivals throughout the year making it a popular destination for tourists. This is the birthplace of Stan Laurel and you can visit the Laurel and Hardy Museum in the town. Ulverston has been a market town since 1280 when a Royal Charter was granted by Edward I, and a celebration is held every year to mark the occasion. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards. Ground Floor:
Living room: With gas fire and 48" Freeview TV. Dining room: With wood burner and slate floor. Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and seating area. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Small courtyard with patio and garden furniture. On road parking, parking permit for 1 car included. No smoking.

Some local outings our family have had over the past few days.....The Farm Garden picking our own flowers and digging for potatoes, a Seal watching trip out to Piel Island and a dip in Constion to cool off. What a beautiful place to holiday and enjoy local activities with the family 💗
