Morning all. Just a reminder after the email sent that we are expecting EDF energy here today to change our main meter at some point. We understand the park is busy but changing dates with energy suppliers is fraught with pitfalls so we’ve gone with it.
Expected duration is between 30 mins to 2 hours.
Its important during this time not to flush loos or run water excessively too.
Apologies for the timing but we dont get much of a say in these things.
On the plus side the pot holes have finally dried out and will be sorted this week.
Thanks for your custom and patience..

Update. The engineer is expected around 10am and he expects it to take up to 90 minutes to do.
Please flush loos and shower while you can!!

Hello all. Just a reminder, on top of email reminders that the whole park will be powered down shortly after closing. This means all units must be fully drained down, and freezers emptied. This is to allow transfer to our new sub station and generator housing during the park shut down.
See you all in March.

Folks, as per the email sent this morning work on new sub station is now underway, a number of units in the lower forties, moss meadow, and little bigland now have no power for a good few weeks until its up n running.

Evening again. So tonight is the last night of the road closures. Access, if necessary is via Haverthwaite tonight (saturday).
I also passed on everyone’s comments about how helpful the road lads have been.
