OWNER REFERRAL SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All referrers who submit a valid referral will be included in our Owner Referral Scheme. The incentive for this scheme is to apply a credit to your account of £500 for any Company Owned Property Sale, subject to the general Falcon Park Ventures Ltd Owner Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The Falcon Park Ventures Ltd Owner Referral Scheme is open to existing holiday homeowners only.
• To make a valid referral, you must complete the form at your park office.
• Referrals will only be eligible if the Referee is not already in conversation with Falcon Park Ventures Ltd via any other channel.
• There is only one reward for each ‘Referee’. If a ‘Referee’ is sent by multiple ‘Referrers’, whichever ‘Referrer’ submitted the referral first will be deemed as the ‘Referrer’.
• To constitute a successful referral, the ‘Referee’ must complete a holiday home ‘Purchase’ with us.
• There is no limit to the number of people an owner can refer to Falcon Park Ventures Ltd.
• The Referrer may be named in communication between Falcon Park Ventures Ltd and the Referred customer.
• The £500 for ‘Company Owned Property Sales’ will only be issued for valid referrals once the new client has signed a contract to become a Falcon Park Ventures Ltd customer.
• The credit will be applied to the owners account within 60 days of completion of the sale. There are no equivalent alternatives and Falcon Park Ventures Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or alter the “Owner Referral’ scheme, change the value of the referral fee, or replace it with an alternative subject to availability.
• If an owner sells their caravan / holiday property and leaves the park within the financial year of administering the credit (whereby they will no longer be a Falcon Park Ventures Ltd customer) and the credit (in part / full) remains on the account, this is not transferable and is not payable as part of an outgoing owner payment. Once an owner has left a park, the credit will (in part / full) expire and be removed from the account.
• The Falcon Park Ventures Ltd referral scheme is available to UK residents only, with a proven UK residential address.
• In the event of any disputes regarding any ‘Referred’ person/s, the decision of Falcon Park Ventures Ltd is final.
• Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind.
