We take a laid back approach to camping, allowing guests to pitch where they please and take as much room as they require, whether its along the beautiful banks for the River Severn, on one of the well kept paddocks with access to electric points or hidden away amongst trees, shrubs and wind grasses. th the option of a camp fire or fire pit and new high standard facilities will make anyone's stay unforgettable. Our campsite makes the ideal base to explore the beautiful Mid Wales scenery. There is plenty to do with scenic walks, bird watching, golf, pony trekking, clay pigeon shooting and bicycle hire all nearby. Dol Llys is also a working beef and sheep farm and campers are welcome to feed the animals and watch the farm activities throughout the season, which includes activities such as lambing, shearing and harvest. If you are luck you can also witness calf's being born. Facilities on site include toilets and showers. We have recently completed a new shower block with 3 private and heated rooms, which include a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a large washing up area and space for hairdryer use etc.
