From the fiery colours of Alstroemarias and red hot pokers, to the cooler colours of hydrangeas, hostas, etc all complimenting the old red bricks of the walled garden, woodland, small lake, fish ponds and much more are all ready to welcome visitors to Longford Hall farm garden Derbyshire DE6 3DS 1-30-5pm this coming weekend, July 11th -12th, there’s lot’s of seating to enjoy refreshments in the walled garden and woodland garden, there’s also a large selection of plants for sale, so why not make a date to visit this weekend, it will be great to see you.

After the kaleidoscope of Spring bulbs, comes an explosion of colour from these choice perennials which are all waiting to burst into bloom and welcome visitors to national garden scheme garden Longford Hall Farm, Longford, Derbyshire. DE6 3DS open on Saturday and Sunday 23rd-24th May, there’s also a good range of plants to buy along with delicious homemade tea and cakes.

This is the Springtime Garden at Longford farm looking very vibrant from a kaleidoscope of tulips, spring bulbs, and early flowering perennials, by late May(23 rd and 24 th)for the first opening this year it evolves into a late Spring early Summer garden with lots of early flowering perennials such as iris, peonies, hostas, ferns, and much more, we hope you will come and see for yourselves , home made teas and a good range of plants are also available.
