Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Clark 🤍

I had the pleasure of capturing Anelisse and James’ beautiful wedding over the weekend at Beamish Hall Hotel. It was a gorgeous sunny day - a little cold and windy (“Hace frío” as the bride’s mam rightly said! 🥶) - but the gorgeous sunshine worked perfectly in our favour.

We captured some lovely, light-filled couples portraits inside and family photos outside in the spring sun. A brilliant day celebrating with such a wonderful couple.

Yesterday afternoon at St Joseph's Church, I had the absolute honour of capturing such an incredibly meaningful day.

Their ceremony was unexpectedly brought forward so that the people who mean the very most could be there to witness them say “I do”, which made every single moment feel even more significant.

It was one of those days where emotions ran high, hugs lasted a little longer, and there wasn’t a dry eye in sight (including mine) - yet it was equally full of warmth, love and joy.

Molly & Simon, what a privilege it was to capture memories you’ll treasure for a lifetime. 🤍

Well... It’s been a minute!

We’re already mid-Feb, and I’m still not over 2025 - it was THE busiest, most successful year yet for my little business, and I honestly don’t think it’s fully sunk in for me.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to my couples for being so patient while I edit (and tear up, and smile, and tear up again) my way through your wedding galleries. I know it can feel like a long wait, but every single image is carefully edited and meticulously detailed (I wouldn't have it any other way). It takes hours. And a lot of late nights. But your memories 100% deserve that time and dedication. 🤍

Wedding mornings run best when every supplier works as a team. ✨

I received this message recently from another wedding supplier, and it really sums up how important it is for couples to choose a team that works with each other - not around each other:

Hands down, you’ve been one of the best photographers I’ve worked with that just knows the score, is mutually respectful, and understands the meaning of supplier teamwork!!”

Your suppliers are such a huge part of your day - from hair and makeup to photo and video - and when everyone communicates, respects each other’s space, and keeps the focus on the couple, that’s when the magic really happens. 🤍

Captured yesterday at St. Anne’s Church, Winlaton, followed by their relaxed celebration at Tapyard, Newcastle.

What started as just one hour of coverage for the ceremony evolved into something even more magical. I’m so glad they trusted my creative vibes and snuck away for some portraits at Tapyard - the Ouseburn never disappoints for those cool, chilled-out shots. 🫶🏻

Their intimate ceremony was made even more special as their son Sam proudly walked Leigh-Anne down the aisle 🤍

Mr & Mrs Hayton celebrated their marriage surrounded by their closest family and friends at the beautiful Shotton Grange yesterday afternoon.

Their day was the perfect reflection of autumn - cosy, relaxed vibes all day long, with the most stunning burnt orange and rust tones woven through the florals and decor. Everything tied together so perfectly with the golden leaves outside!

An intimate, joy-filled celebration for the loveliest, most down-to-earth couple. What a way to spend a Saturday. 🫶🏻

After 15 years together, Mark & Graeme finally (literally) tied the knot. And what a day it was - vibrant, emotional, hilarious, a little bit raunchy 👀 and filled with the kind of joy that can’t be bottled.

Graeme created the most INCREDIBLE décor (those bold oranges - unreal 🔥), with planning magic from the wonderful Emma Jordan Weddings and a ceremony full of laughs and heart thanks to North East Celebrant Gemma Jay. Not even the downpour could stop these two from smiling all day long.

I LOVE a city centre wedding, and Wood Hall at The Common Room was the perfect backdrop - a stunning space in the heart of Newcastle city centre.

And because fate clearly had extra plans for us... we stumbled across some graffiti during portraits, only to discover it was local legend Glenn Malpass - Freelance Art - the perfect colourful backdrop for a colourful love story!

Here’s to love, colour, and fifteen years in the making. ✨
