My home, Pine Point, is an architect designed sixties house with genuine wow factor. Breakfast basics are provided here.

Set above Ventnor in the Isle of Wight, it has spectacular sea views. The suite is the entire first floor of the house, accessed by a circular staircase. It comprises double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and landing area with fridge, toaster, coffee machine. There is plenty of off-street parking available and a large sun deck with shared access. Ventnor beach is a few minutes drive/walk.

'Had a lovely 2 night weekend stay at Pine Point.
Debby is a fantastic host, she was communicative throughout the booking and there to greet us on arrival. The top floor you have to yourself and it feels like an apartment. Very spacious, ultra clean and the bed is super comfy. Debby is on hand for local recommendations and any help you need but without being intrusive or feeling like you are sharing the property. If you are looking for a great stay in Ventnor this is the place to book, you won't be disappointed. Oh and Dotty the dog is totally adorable Thanks for a great stay'

Sometimes airbnb guests will leave a great review on airbnb but don't realise how much a Trip Advisor review is for a wider public to see (we take direct bookings so saving £££ airbnb fees BTW). These guests came up trumps AND were fab guests!

A great find. Booked by our children as a 60th Birthday present. The location offers great views from all windows and the sun deck (which we did manage to use). The suite has a huge bedroom and lounge. Spotlessly clean. The breakfast area was stocked with bread, jam/marmalade, coffee pods and tea bags with juice, water, yoghurts and butter (and choccy biscuits) in the fridge. Debby is a great host who met us as we arrived and left and made sure we had everything we needed. I would thoroughly recommend this suite (note Debby mentioned she is able to get a reduction on ferry prices, so check her listing out before booking your transport). Thanks again.'
